This ticket is designed for currently enrolled students who wish to attend in person. You'll have access to the full event experience - Deran’s keynote, powerful sessions with guest speakers, and a dynamic panel discussion. To verify this registration, you will need to provide an active student ID at the door.

Virtual Event Ticket
Tune in from anywhere and be part of the movement! Your Virtual Ticket includes full livestream access to Deran’s keynote, powerful sessions with guest speakers, and an energizing panel discussion. Through our interactive platform, you will be able to engage in real time with fellow attendees. CE credits are available, and you will get limited-time access to event recordings so you can revisit the moments that moved you most. Do not miss this inspiring day—join us online!

Student Virtual Ticket
This ticket is for currently enrolled students joining us online. You'll receive full livestream access to Deran’s keynote, powerful sessions with guest speakers, and an energizing panel discussion. Through our interactive platform, you will be able to engage in real time with fellow attendees. You'll also receive limited-time access to event recordings. To verify this registration, you will need to register with an active student email address.

GXC 2025–2026 – Event Attendee Terms & Conditions

Applies to: GXC ON TOUR (Dates Vary) (the “Events”).

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all attendees of the Events. Your registration to attend any of the Events indicates your Agreement to these Terms.

GENERAL TERMS

Full Payment Required
All ticket purchases are due and must be paid in full at the time of registration for an Event. No reservation will be confirmed without full payment, and Exchange Events may refuse entry to any attendee where payment has not been made or only partially made.

Refund Administrative Fee
Except as expressly permitted hereunder, all ticket sales to an Event are final and non refundable. Where expressly permitted, a refund shall be subject to an administrative fee of $25.00.

Changes to Ticket or Registration
In the event an attendee requests an amendments to its ticket name, attendee category, or registration details following registration, a change fee of $25.00 shall apply. All requests for changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to Exchange Events approval.

Proof of Eligibility for Special Tickets
Attendees who are eligible to purchase discounted or special-rate tickets (e.g., student, nonprofit) must present valid identification or documentation at the time of check-in to an Event. Failure to provide valid proof may result in denied entry or payment of the full ticket price at the door.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend any Event, whether in-person or virtual, does not constitute a basis for a refund.

Event Cancellation by Organizer
If Exchange Events cancels an Event in full, no refunds will be issued. Where feasible, scheduled content for the Event will be made available via virtual access. Exchange Events will notify all attendees as soon as reasonably practicable of any changes to an Event.

Force Majeure
If an Event is canceled, postponed, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or venue closures — no refunds will be issued. Exchange Events will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide registered attendees access to equivalent sessions online or at a future date.

Event Postponement
If an Event is postponed, all tickets will be automatically transferred to any rescheduled dates, provided, however, an attendee will have the option to attend an Event virtually where permitted. No refunds will be issued in the event of postponement.

Speaker and Program Changes
Exchange Events reserve the right to modify speakers, sessions, or scheduling without prior notice. No refunds will be granted due to such program changes. The official event website will clearly state: “Program subject to change.”

Technology Requirements for Virtual Access
For GXC On Tour virtual -attendees are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible browser or device. Exchange Events are not liable for access issues resulting from attendee hardware, internet service, or system incompatibility.

Refund Basis
Refunds, when permitted (as described below), apply to the base ticket price only. Any optional items (e.g., CE credits, merchandise, meal upgrades) are non-refundable.

Amendment Clause
Exchange Events reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be published on the official event website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Limitation of Liability
By attending an Event, you agree that your access to any Event and your use of any materials, data, information, and products provided at the Event (collectively, “Content”) is at your sole risk and liability and acknowledge that all Content is provided “as is”. Exchange Events makes no representations or warranties (express or implied) in connection with the Event. To the maximum extent permitted under law, Exchange Events shall have no liability to you, whether based on an action of claim in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in relation to these Terms or an Event, for any indirect and consequential losses. Exchange Event’s total liability to you arising out of or in relation to these terms and an Event shall not exceed the total fees paid by you under these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

GXC ON TOUR

Refunds and Transfers
Attendees are eligible for a 50% refund (less the $25 admin fee) if written cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the published event start date. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

Tickets may be transferred to another individual if requested in writing at least 5 days prior to the event. A $25 change fee applies.

Event Access
A ticket grants access to one designated GXC On Tour event. Continuing Education (CE) sessions are included where specified.
